Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
Required for core functionality such as signing in, securing your session, and processing payments. The Services cannot function without these and they do not require consent.
Functional cookies
Remember your preferences, such as language and theme, so that the Services feel personalised to you.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand aggregated traffic patterns and improve the Services. These are loaded only after you grant analytics consent.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before loading any such cookies.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that we rely on to deliver specific features:
- Google Analytics — aggregated usage analytics, loaded only with consent. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Stripe — fraud prevention and checkout sessions during payments. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies
You can review and change your consent choices at any time from the account settings page. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers let you configure cookie behaviour under Settings → Privacy. Please note that blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working correctly.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by supported browsers. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies. Because the legacy Do Not Track header is not standardised, we rely on GPC and our in-app consent controls as the authoritative source of your preferences.
