2. Service Description
Websta is an AI-powered website generation platform that creates websites based on user-provided descriptions. The service includes website generation, editing, hosting, and publishing.
3. User Account
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep your account secure
- Notify us immediately of security breaches
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Websta to:
- Create or distribute illegal content
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Harass or harm other users
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attack or disrupt the service
- Infringe intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
The Websta platform, trademark, and technology are our property. The content of generated websites belongs to you, but templates and core structures remain Websta's property. You grant us the right to use your created content for service improvement and marketing (anonymously).
6. Payments and Subscriptions
For paid plans:
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period
- We offer refunds within 14 days of the first payment
7. Limitation of Liability
Websta is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in Harju County Court.

11. Website Cloning and Content Copying
Websta provides a website cloning feature that allows you to upgrade and modernize an existing website. By using this feature, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of the website or have written permission from the owner to copy the content
- You have the right to use all texts, images, and other materials being cloned
- The content copying does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- You assume full responsibility for the cloned content
Websta operates under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) safe harbor provisions. We do not monitor user-cloned content and are not liable for copyright infringements committed by users.
12. DMCA and Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content copied through Websta infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@websta.ai containing:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A description of the infringing content and its location
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative
- A statement that the information is accurate and made in good faith
- Your physical or electronic signature
We review all DMCA notices and remove infringing content within a reasonable time. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
