How do I create my profile?
Sign up with email or Google, tell us what you do and where, and Websta generates a complete profile at yourname.websta.bio. You can edit everything after.
How do clients book me?
Enable bookings in your profile, set your available hours and services, and a "Book now" button appears on your public page. Clients pick a slot, confirm, and you get notified by email and in the mobile app.
How do I get paid?
Connect Stripe in Account β Payments. Clients can pay online at booking, or you can accept cash/card on arrival. Payouts land in your bank within 2β3 business days.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain in Account β Domain, update the DNS records we show you, and your profile serves from your own URL. Custom domains are β¬0.69/month; websta.bio subdomains are always free.
What if a client doesnβt show up?
You can mark the booking as a no-show. If you require a deposit, it stays with you. Repeated no-shows from the same account flag them in the marketplace.
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Account β Settings β Delete account. Your profile is taken offline immediately and data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
Is Websta available in my city?
Websta is global β you can publish from any country. The marketplace is most active in the Nordics and Baltics, and growing fast in the rest of Europe.
How do I change my profile URL?
Account β Profile β URL slug. Changing it creates a 301 redirect from the old URL so existing links keep working.
What languages are supported?
The Websta app is available in English, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Spanish. Your public profile can auto-translate to 62 languages via AI.
How does the marketplace find me?
Our AI search (Gemini + vector embeddings) understands what clients mean, not just what they type. Keep your services, location and descriptions clear β the system learns from every search.
Troubleshooting
Something not working as expected? Try these fixes first.
fixMy profile shows an old version after I saved
Hard-refresh the browser (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R). Published pages use CDN caching and your browser may be pinned to an old deployment. On iOS, close and reopen the tab.
fixBookings arenβt arriving in email
Check spam first. Then verify your notification email in Account β Notifications. If you use Gmail, add noreply@websta.ai to your contacts so it bypasses the Promotions tab.
fixCustom domain shows "not configured"
DNS can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Double-check the A and CNAME records match exactly what we show in Account β Domain. Use dnschecker.org to verify propagation.
fixMobile app crashes on open
Update to the latest version in the App Store / Play Store. If it still crashes, force-quit the app, then open again. Contact support with your phone model if it persists.
